We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

4. Return Process & Shipping Fees

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error, the customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
6. Damages, Defective Items, and Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@stylify.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, return shipping will be fully covered by Stylify.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process after the package arrives.
